About the role
Experience: 5+ years in ServiceNow IRM (GRC)
Location: Pan India
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM, CMDB, and CSDM
- Strong knowledge of IRM modules: Risk, Audit, Policy & Compliance, VRM, BCM, Reg Change
- Expertise in workflows, risk scoring, and assessment methodologies
- Development skills: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, Flows
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Ser ver) and data management
Certifications (Preferred):
- CSA (System Administrator)
- CIS – Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- CAD (Application Developer)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure IRM solutions
- Customize SLAs, notifications, and reports
- Manage integrations and data imports/exports
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements and solution design
- Troubleshoot and optimize IRM applications
