About the role

Core Technical & Delivery Skills

Ability to contribute across the software lifecycle including development, configuration, testing, debugging, and support activities
Strong capability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.)
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, logical reasoning, and problem-solving techniques
Exposure to APIs, databases, cloud concepts, and familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
Ability to follow coding standards, best practices, and organizational processes
Experience (academic/internship) in software development or IT tools, with understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email etiquette and business communication
