Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform focusing on CMDB and ITOM modules
- Act as a subject matter expert on CMDB and ITOM processes and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions to meet business needs
- Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer specializing in CMDB and ITOM
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and custom application development
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or similar certification is preferred
