About the role
Front end the implementation, integration, administration and strategic evolution of ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and ITAM (HAM, SAM) capabilities to enhance operational visibility, asset governance, regulatory compliance and technology risk management across the Bank.
- Lead development and support of ITOM and ITAM solutions.
- Manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB initiatives.
- Lead Software and Hardware Asset Management governance.
- Establish CMDB governance and data quality controls.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Application and Operations teams.
- Drive asset lifecycle and reconciliation automation.
- Implement monitoring integrations and event intelligence capabilities.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews and compliance initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, metrics and governance reporting.
- Manage upgrades, enhancements and vendor engagements.
- Mentor technical teams and drive best practices adoption.
Experience: 3 to 10 years
Qualifications: BTech
