Snow lead -Architect – Lead role
- Experience on SNOW IRM modules implementation – at 1 end to end implementation
- ServiceNow expertise – IRM, GRC, scripting, UI policies, Flows, Entity, Workspace configuration
- API & integration experience - Working with REST APIs, JSON, and ServiceNow Spokes, integration with other enterprise systems and third-party tools
- Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to troubleshoot and improve workflows
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules
- Proven experience implementing complex ServiceNow solutions
- Managing team members and client interaction
