About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and testing ServiceNow applications and modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities. Category
- Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, or CSM modules.
Requirements:
- Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is an added advantage.
