HRSD-3 Positions
Role Overview:
Develop and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules within ServiceNow to optimize employee workflows and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize HRSD components like Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
- Implement business rules, flows, and UI policies for HR processes.
- Integrate HRSD with third-party HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SF).
- Support the creation of knowledge articles and service catalogs for HR.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of ServiceNow HRSD experience.
- Strong understanding of HR data and lifecycle event automation.
- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
