Job SummarySeeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developer with strong expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro). The candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise IT Asset Management solutions, drive license compliance, optimize asset utilization, and integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Asset Management (SAM Pro)
- Implement and enhance SAM Pro capabilities.
- Manage software normalization, reconciliation, and license compliance.
- Configure publishers, software models, entitlements, and reclamation workflows.
- Optimize software usage and ensure audit readiness.
- Implement and customize HAM Pro lifecycle processes.
- Manage procurement, inventory, stockrooms, asset tracking, transfers, and retirement.
- Integrate HAM with CMDB and Discovery for accurate asset visibility.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and business rules.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Configure dashboards, reports, and automation.
