About the role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead / ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, with at least one or two end-to-end SPM implementations. The candidate should possess excellent scripting, integration, and platform architecture skills while leading technical discussions and solution delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation and architecture of ServiceNow SPM solutions.Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Configure and customize SPM modules including:Demand ManagementProject Portfolio Management (PPM)Resource ManagementTime CardsAgile Development 2.0 (CWM & EAP)Develop and customize applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, WSDL, and web services.Configure SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.Manage update sets, deployments, testing, and production migrations across multiple ServiceNow instances.Implement and maintain Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and platform standards.Mentor developers and provide technical leadership during project execution.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.Participate in solution design reviews, architecture discussions, and client workshops.
Mandatory Skills5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.Minimum one or two end-to-end implementations in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).Strong experience in:Demand ManagementProject Portfolio Management (PPM)Resource ManagementTime CardsAgile Development 2.0 (CWM & EAP)Strong JavaScript development experience.Experience with XML, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.Expertise in REST, SOAP, WSDL, and API integrations.Experience implementing SAML authentication and SSO.Hands-on experience with Discovery and CMDB implementation.Experience managing Update Sets and deployments across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD.Good understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).Knowledge of UI/UX concepts within ServiceNow.
