Good Have : -Minimum 3 years in Servicenow Development
-Minimum 2 years working as developer or lead in ITSM module development
-Good to know Servicenow Integration, Service portal, CMDB
-Should know Servicenow Core concepts, client and server-side concepts
-Servicenow CAD or CSA certified.
Good in communication
Must Have :
-Must have Knowledge in Servicenow ITIL module.
-Must know Servicenow platform fundamentals like instance cloning, upgrade, transactions, plugins etc.
Fine to work during US overlapping hours
