Location: PAN INDIA Job Summary
Responsible for implementing and supporting ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, designing secure workflows, and integrating vulnerability management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support ServiceNow SecOps modules (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response).
- Design and develop solutions integrating security operations, configuration management, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts for security operations.
- Configure SecOps plugins to enhance platform security capabilities.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize security workflows.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow SecOps implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (forms, workflows, scripting).
- Integration experience using REST API / SOAP.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and security best practices.
