TCS HIRING FOR ServiceNow Sr. Service Architect (Asset & CMDB)!!
Location – New Delhi, Gurugram
Exp – 8 to 15 Years
Job Requirements:
·The role will be responsible for defining technology strategy, CMDB data model architecture, discovery architecture, data source integrations, HAM/SAM integrations, stakeholder engagement, and technical governance. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, automation, and enterprise-scale configuration management practices.
·Define and drive the enterprise CMDB technology strategy and architecture roadmap.
·Establish technical standards, governance models, and best practices for CMDB implementation and management.
·Provide architectural guidance for configuration management, discovery, integrations, and data governance initiatives.
·Drive continuous improvement and innovation aligned with organizational objectives.
·Design and govern Discovery architecture and operational processes.
·Lead implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities.
·Establish standards for automated infrastructure and application discovery.
·Ensure accurate population and maintenance of CI relationships through automated discovery mechanisms.
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
