About the role
ServiceNow Technical Consultant(Legal) Technical Architect (8+ Years of Exp) • 8+ years of experience on ServiceNow out of which minimum 2+ years in as Procurement Specialist Or as BA of Procurement Process and should have worked in procurement tools e.g., ServiceNow, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Procurify etc. • Desirable candidate to have ServiceNow source to pay module experience as a BA / Functional Consultant • Excellent understanding and knowledge of the end-to-end source to pay process and functional knowledge of any procurement tool. • Analyzing and calculating costs of procurement and suggesting methods to decrease expenditure. • Good understanding of the ERP tools FSO –Senior Developer (5+ Years of Exp) 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, out of which minimum 2+ years of experience in understanding FSO processes, including Payment Operations, Card Operations, Loan Operations, Complaint Management, Customer Lifecycle. • Strong Coding or Scripting capabilities and have good experience in Flow Designers. • Strong knowledge of integration principles and experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and good knowledge of workflow design, automation, and approval processes within the ServiceNow platform. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Certification in ServiceNow Administration or related areas is a plus.
