ServiceNow Testing

We are looking for a ServiceNow QA professional with experience in Manual Testing and Automated Test Framework (ATF). The role involves testing ServiceNow applications, custom applications, integrations, and modules such as ITSM and HRSD.

• Design and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for ServiceNow applications.
  
• Perform Manual Testing and Automated Testing using ServiceNow ATF.
  
• Test ServiceNow Custom Applications developed using App Engine.
  
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  
• Test ServiceNow modules including ITSM and HRSD.
  
• Validate applications and interfaces developed using UI Builder.
  
• Test integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
  
• Create, execute, and maintain ATF automated test cases.
  
• Analyze test results and identify application defects.
  
• Track, report, and follow up on defects until closure.
  
• Work closely with developers, business teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  
• Support Agile/Scrum testing activities throughout the SDLC.
  

• 2+ years of ServiceNow Testing experience, including Manual Testing and ATF.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow Custom Applications and App Engine.
  
• Experience testing ITSM and HRSD modules.
  
• Knowledge of UI Builder.
  
• Experience testing ServiceNow integrations.
  
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide Scripting.
  
• Experience with REST APIs.
  
• Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
