Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow TPRM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our Third-Party Risk Management solution on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk and compliance frameworks and hands-on experience implementing TPRM modules.
Technical Skill:
· 8+ years of ServiceNow experience; 3+ years in GRC/TPRM implementations.
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC preferred.
· Strong understanding of third-party risk domains, regulatory requirements, and risk assessment processes.
· Proven experience in ServiceNow solution architecture.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design enterprise-grade architecture for ServiceNow TPRM implementation aligned with GRC strategies.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define TPRM solutions.
· Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring scalable and sustainable configurations.
· Customize and configure TPRM workflows, risk scoring models, assessments, and integrations.
· Define governance models, design patterns, and platform best practices.
· Lead upgrade planning, platform enhancements, and technical troubleshooting.
· Guide integration with third-party systems (e.g., BitSight, RiskRecon, Security Scorecard).
