Job Description – SFCC / PWA Kit Developer (React & SEO/AEO/GEO)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) / PWA Kit Developer with strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and headless commerce architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and optimizing high-performance storefronts, along with strong technical knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain headless e-commerce storefronts using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), PWA Kit, React, and JavaScript.

• Implement SSR and optimize storefront performance, scalability, and user experience.

• Drive technical SEO implementation across Product Detail Pages (PDP), Product Listing Pages (PLP), and content pages.

• Implement AEO and GEO strategies to improve content visibility across AI-powered search engines and answer platforms.

• Manage structured data, , metadata, canonical URLs, hreflang, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, and SEO-friendly URLs.

• Optimize Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexability, site architecture, and page loading performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and implement SEO requirements across the storefront.

• Monitor and improve organic search performance through technical audits and optimization initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), PWA Kit, React, and JavaScript.

• Experience in headless commerce architecture and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).

• Strong expertise in technical SEO implementation for e-commerce platforms.

• Practical understanding of AEO and GEO principles and their implementation.

• Experience with , structured data, metadata, canonical tags, hreflang, sitemaps, robots.txt, and redirects.

• Good understanding of Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexability, and website performance optimization.
