About the role
Technical Analyst (band 4):
· 4+ years of experience on analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of SharePoint Online applications.
· Developing portal applications using SharePoint out of the box features.
· Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform environment(s) and Office 365 tenant level administration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
· Development experience using SPFx, provider hosted apps, Java Script frameworks (on Angular, React).
· Strong migration experience using 3rd party tools e.g. SPMT, Sharegate etc.
· Skilled in creating custom lists, libraries, content types, site columns, and workflows using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices in SharePoint and Office
365 environments.
• Experience in integrating SharePoint with external systems using APIs, web services, and
middleware platforms.
Good to have:
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Graph API, and identity management in
SharePoint Online.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps or
GitHub.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SharePoint solutions.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
