The Shift Supervisoris responsible formanagingdaily operations on the production floor
managing operators– discipline, timeliness
ensure alldefinedsafety practices are followed
maintain the product quality

prepareweekly and monthlyreports
Communicate andinvolve incontinuous improvement.
Mustpossessbasic knowledge and understanding of production and quality processes.
Understanding ofDrawings andtechnical documents, SOP’s.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of shop floor during the shift.
Conduct the morning toolbox meeting with technicians,explain the specific tasks, Safety methods.
Ensure shift production targets are met in quality, quantity, andsafe practices are followed.
Monitor productionand clarify any doubts.
Handoverto the next shift properly the status
Train and coach operators for improved performance and safety practices.
Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance fortimelyrepair.
Maintain discipline and resolve minor grievances within the shift.
Support the implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and lean initiatives.
Participate in daily review meetings and escalate issues proactively.
Qualificationand Experience
Diploma/ Graduatein Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
3 to 5 years in productionsetup..
