About the role
We're looking for a Shopify and Ecommerce Operations Associate to manage our website, e-commerce operations, and customer experience across Aranqa's online and offline channels. This role sits at the center of order management, customer communication, inventory coordination, and operational execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfillment via Shopify and Shiprocket.
- Track inventory status and coordinate restocks with vendors and the office team.
- Own and manage Shopify, including catalog uploads and updates.
- Handle customer conversations across WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Coordinate dispatch, returns, and operational escalations.
- Support customer video consultations and order assistance.
- Maintain weekly operational and inventory reports.
- Track stock movement across D2C and offline channels.
- Share customer insights and suggest process improvements.
