The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of Siebel architecture and hands-on experience in translating business requirements into robust technical solutions through effective High-Level Design documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
* Define and document the High-Level Design for Siebel CRM solutions, including application architecture, integrations, data flow, and custom components.
* Design and review Siebel configurations (BCs, BOs, Applets, Views, Screens, etc.), scripting, workflows, and EAI components.
* Evaluate existing architecture and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and reusability.
* Work closely with developers to ensure the solution design is accurately translated into the build phase.
