Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications using Siebel technology.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Customize and configure Siebel applications to meet specific business needs.
  
• Create detailed technical design documents and specifications.
  
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development.
  
• Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, configuration, and integration.
  
• Experience in developing and customizing workflows, business objects, Task-Based UI, and scripts.
  
• Proficiency in using IP20+ Siebel Innovation Packs and the ability to write medium to complex SQL scripts.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  
• Proven technical track record in implementing Siebel CRM software.
