Requirements

• Create 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies using Siemens NX CAD, Solid Works.
• Prepare 2D engineering drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and annotations.
• Develop part models, assembly models, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
• Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and technical specifications.
• Perform basic design modifications and update existing CAD models.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles wherever required.
• Understand manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal fabrication and injection moulding.
• Maintain CAD models, drawings and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with senior design engineers and other departments to resolve design-related issues.
• Follow company design standards, engineering procedures, and project timelines.
