We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure quality execution, timely completion of work, adherence to safety standards, and effective coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

• Supervise daily site execution activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor RCC, masonry, finishing, and MEP-related site activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure work is completed within project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
• Verify measurements, maintain work progress reports, and update daily site records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate with the procurement and store teams.
• Review drawings and report any discrepancies to the Project Manager.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–6 years of experience in residential or commercial building construction.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects will be preferred.
