About the role
- Capture and share accurate site measurements with the design team.
- Assist with final layout planning and client design walkthroughs to speed up approvals.
- Guide installers to ensure strict adherence to Freyr installation standards.
- Monitor on-site execution to achieve zero-defect residential deliveries.
- Lead post-installation QA checks across regional rooftop and ground-mounted sites.
- Ensure all installations meet predefined engineering benchmarks.
- Execute scheduled maintenance and handle ad-hoc service requests.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for permanent issue resolution.
- Maintain records for site surveys, project milestones, and service logs.
- Send daily progress updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
•Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech.(Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Mechanical)
•60%abovein10thand12th grades
•Age28or below
•CandidatemusthaveexperienceintheC&Isegment.
•Shouldhave1yearofexperienceinexecutingground-mountorrooftopsolarplantswitha
minimum capacity of 50 kW and above.
•KnowledgeofNationalElectricalCode,NationalOccupationalstandards(NOS)and standard
design/construction practices
•Willingnesstotravelextensively
•Goodoral&writtencommunicationskills.
