About the role
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical implementation of Sitecore and .NET-based digital platforms, ensuring the solution is delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.
• Oversee development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to translate architectural designs into actionable development tasks and ensure successful implementation.
• Lead by example in coding and development tasks, contributing to back-end development using .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and microservices.
• Implement Sitecore-specific features such as content management, personalization, integrations, and performance optimizations.
• Manage integration with third-party systems and APIs, ensuring smooth data exchange and system interoperability.
• Optimize performance by implementing strategies like caching, asynchronous processing, and addressing system bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure the technical feasibility of user interface designs and to address any front-end integration requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring they follow best practices and maintain code quality.
