About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Sitecore CMS, C#/. NET, API integrations, and production support. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex production issues, resolving defects, improving application stability, and contributing to automation and CI/CD initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and enhance Sitecore-based applications.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, integrations and content management issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Work with REST APIs, databases, logs and monitoring tools.
- Support automated testing, Git, CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to improve application reliability and performance.
Requirements:
- Hands-on Sitecore CMS development and support.
- Strong C#/. NET development experience.
- REST APIs and system integrations.
- HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Automated/unit testing, Git and CI/CD.
- Production support, debugging and incident management.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Azure or cloud platforms.
- Sitecore certifications.
- Monitoring, observability and ITIL/production operations experience.
- Experience supporting 24×7 services or rotational shifts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
