About the role
Good understanding of microservices and container-based architecture Experience with: PostgreSQL / SQL querying, Elasticsearch and Kafka (preferred), REST APIs and integrations Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) Exposure to automation tools / scripting (Python, JavaScript, Shell) Experience in telecom / OSS / managed services environment Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices ITIL Certified
