About the role
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts, stories, reels, and other content.
Support the development and execution of social media marketing strategies.
Conduct hashtag research, competitor analysis, and trend research.
Optimize social media profiles to improve visibility, reach, and engagement.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for social media creatives.
Assist in creating social media content calendars.
Monitor social media engagement, including likes, comments, shares, and followers.
Respond to comments and messages professionally under team guidance.
Analyze social media performance using platform analytics tools.
Identify trending topics, hashtags, and content formats to improve engagement.
Support organic social media campaigns and brand awareness activities.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Digital Marketing.
Basic knowledge of content creation, hashtags, and audience engagement.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and an interest in social media trends.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing tools.
