Social Media Admin

The Social Media Admin – Telugu will be responsible for end-to-end management of Telugu social media pages, including content ideation, creative writing, execution, and performance tracking. This role requires a highly creative and execution-focused individual who can independently manage multiple pages while closely collaborating with the creative team to drive engagement and growth.

• Develop engaging and culturally relevant Telugu content for social media platforms

• Generate creative ideas for posts, reels, campaigns, and trends

• Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy tailored to the Telugu audience

• Independently handle 4–5 social media pages end-to-end

• Plan and execute content calendars in alignment with brand goals

• Ensure timely posting and publishing of content

• Work closely with designers, video editors, and the creative team

• Contribute ideas for visuals, reels, and campaign creatives

• Ensure content and creatives are aligned for maximum impact

• Take ownership of overall page growth (followers, reach, engagement)

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content accordingly

• Stay updated with Telugu trends, memes, and audience behavior

• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice

• Ensure error-free, high-quality Telugu content

• Strong proficiency in written Telugu (must-have)

• Creative thinking with a strong sense of trends and audience engagement

• Experience in handling multiple social media pages independently

• Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

• Ability to work closely with creative teams and execute ideas effectively

• Basic understanding of analytics and content performance

• Experience in meme marketing or regional content

• Basic knowledge of video scripting and short-form content

• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
