About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who lives on the internet, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and is excited about fashion, culture and digital content. You’ll work closely with the social media team to help ideate, create and execute content across platforms — from everyday social content to larger campaigns and cultural moments.
What You’ll Do
- Support the team in ideating social-first content, trends, formats and conversations.
- Research social media trends, creators, formats, memes and cultural moments relevant to the brand.
- Assist in creating content briefs, captions, hooks, story ideas and social copy.
- Support the execution of Reels, Stories, carousels and other social formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams, creators and agencies to get content live.
- Track content performance and help identify what’s working and why.
- Stay updated on fashion, pop culture, internet trends and emerging social platforms.
- Support larger campaigns, launches and key brand moments.
Skills We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram and the social media ecosystem.
- A genuine interest in fashion, pop culture and internet culture.
- Naturally curious and constantly looking for what’s next.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Ability to spot a good social idea — and explain why it works.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics is a plus.
- Prior experience with content creation, social media, college publications, personal pages or internships is a plus.
