Key Responsibilities
● Shoot, script, and edit short-form and long-form content. ● Create stories and content around student life, events, classrooms, and campus activity. ● Appear on camera when required and guide others during shoots. ● Build platform-wise content calendars and strategies. ● Plan and execute growth initiatives, collaborations, and high-performing formats. ● Identify and adapt trends, audios, and formats for the brand. ● Experiment with new content styles to improve reach and engagement. ● Track reach, engagement, watch-time, follower growth, and other key metrics. ● Analyse performance and implement improvements. ● Coordinate with students, trainers, designers, and editors for content execution. ● Support interns or junior creators if needed.
Eligibility & Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation. ● Mandatory proven results, such as: Growing a personal page (e.g., 0 → 10K+) or growing a brand page (e.g., 0 → 50K+) or demonstrated improvement on an existing account. ● Strong on-camera presence and hands-on shooting skills. ● Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premier Pro, Adobe tools, Canva etc.) ● Ability to script, plan, and execute social-first content. ● Proactive, organised, and comfortable with quick turnarounds.
