About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategy and content calendars.
- Ideate and create Reels, Stories, posts and campaigns.
- Stay updated with fashion, social media and content trends.
- Manage influencers, creators and UGC collaborations.
- Coordinate photoshoots and content production.
- Manage community, comments and DMs.
- Track social media performance and optimise content for engagement, reach and sales.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in D2C, fashion, lifestyle or beauty.
- Strong understanding of Instagram/Reels and content trends.
- Good copywriting, creativity and visual sense.
- Hands-on with Canva/CapCut or similar tools.
- Strong communication and execution skills.
- Portfolio of previous social media work preferred.
