About the role
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media strategies for client brands.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and video scripts.
- Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and content creators.
- Stay on top of social media trends and identify content opportunities.
- Monitor content performance and optimise based on insights.
- Communicate with clients and ensure timely execution.
Requirements:
- Understands Instagram, Facebook, and short-form content.
- Has excellent communication skills in English.
- Hindi language preferred Can think creatively and generate fresh content ideas.
- Is organised, proactive, and eager to learn. Can work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with premiere pro, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
- Experience managing brand or creator social media accounts.
