About the role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior Frappe engineers to understand and contribute to the development of Frappe-based applications, including DocTypes, hooks, custom workflows, and multi-site architecture.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable features and modules across multiple products within the organization's ecosystem.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of warehousing, logistics, procurement, and related operational workflows to build user-centric product features.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and agile development activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance while following best coding practices and development standards.
- Contribute to product enhancements, feature development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the product suite.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions that address real customer needs.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and progressively contribute independently to feature development and product releases.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the Frappe framework and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Skills: Python, React/Angular, Strong Full Stack Development.
- Must have experience using AI coding tools like Claude and Cursor.
- Experience in building pipelines/workflows preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 Years.
