About the role
Requirements:
- Genuine Agentic SDLC experience (Spec Kit, Agentic workflows, AI-assisted implementation, AI-driven code review, AI debugging, AI-generated tests, Engineering automation, Context engineering, Prompt engineering for development).
- Spec-Driven Development (Spec implementation, Design docs driving AI, Context engineering, Human review loops, Guardrails, Validation, Test-first AI workflows, Evaluation loops, AI integrated into the SDLC).
- Built design systems from scratch, Pref - B2C.
- Code Quality.
- Exposure to LLM tools like Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, Emergent.
- Java or Python: Pref - Java.
- Should Have Non-Engineering Collaboration.
- Mentoring Experience.
- Product Understanding and Business Acumen.
