Job Description: React Developer
We are seeking a talented and highly skilled React Developer with a specialization in front-end development to join our dynamic team. As a React Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You should be well-versed in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, and have a passion for crafting intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to translate design concepts into functional and performant user interfaces using React.

Develop new user-facing features and components while ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining code quality and reusability.

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code standards are followed.

Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends, techniques, and best practices to continually improve development processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other programming-related challenges.

Actively contribute to architectural decisions and propose innovative solutions to enhance application performance and maintainability.

Collaborate with the UX team to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in building front-end web applications using React and Redux.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies to implement pixel-perfect UI designs.

Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management libraries such as Redux. Preference will be given to candidates having experience with Redux-toolkit.

Good understanding of front-end design systems and experience with a modern design framework such as Material UI(MUI).

Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack).

Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design principles.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

A self-driven individual with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the front-end development landscape.

Having experience in full stack development is a plus.
