About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable systems that power our logistics platform.
- Work on challenging problems, using algorithms, data structures, and best coding practices to implement robust solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software and systems.
- Contribute to the evolution of our technology stack and mentor junior engineers.
- Continuously improve the quality and performance of our products through code reviews and best practices.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in software development with a strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and MVC.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, etc. ), and building scalable applications.
- A strong understanding of database design and working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
