About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SDET with 6–8+ years of relevant experience to design and develop scalable test automation solutions across UI, API, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
The role combines software engineering, test automation, CI/CD, cloud, and AI-assisted development. The ideal candidate is a strong Python developer with hands-on experience in modern automation frameworks and a mindset for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks and architectures.
Define and implement test automation strategies, including appropriate test levels, coverage, and risk-based testing.

Develop automated tests for UI, API, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
•
Build automation using Python, Pytest, Selenium, Playwright, and Appium.
•
Integrate automated testing into Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
•
Improve automation coverage, stability, execution efficiency, and reporting.
•
Work with AWS-based environments to support scalable test execution.
•
Use PowerShell and scripting to automate test execution, environment setup, and supporting engineering tasks.
•
Use GitHub Copilot and AI/LLM-based tools for code generation, test creation, debugging, refactoring, and test analysis.
•
Explore and implement AI-driven approaches to improve test automation and engineering productivity.
•
Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Mentor team members and contribute to automation strategy and technology evolution.
