Software Development Instructor

NxtWave is looking for passionate and skilled Software Development Instructors who can inspire and guide students to build strong programming and problem-solving foundations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with proven teaching experience in software development concepts.

• Deliver engaging and interactive live sessions on software development concepts and technologies.

• Teach core subjects such as CSE fundamentals, AI, ML, DSA, and Cyber Security.

• Simplify complex technical topics for students with different learning levels.

• Design lesson plans, assignments, coding exercises, and assessments.

• Mentor students in projects, coding practices, and career guidance.

• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

• Collaborate with curriculum and academic teams to enhance learning outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech (Computer Science Engineering / AI / ML / Cyber Security or related field).

• 2–3 years of professional teaching or training experience in software development.

• Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals and data structures & algorithms.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor learners effectively.

• Prior experience in edtech, training institutes, or academic teaching.

• Hands-on coding experience with modern programming languages and tools.

• Experience handling live online or offline classroom sessions.

• Passion for teaching and helping students build tech careers.
