It is a dream come true for those who ready for the new challenges and aspire accelerated knowledge growth.What will your job look like? ·      Ability to work as a “Software Development Specialist”, understanding of the customer’s business, legacy systems and transforming data. ·      Expertise to work on various Amdocs products (Billing, CRM, OMS, C1/D1)·      Lead 4-6 member data migration team for both technical development,  functional mapping and design of solutions·      Preferably handled large migration and transformation projects·      Understand requirements, propose and deliver superior solutions in quality, time and budget.·       Proven experience translating business problems into actionable data quality initiatives·      Work with other groups to ensure smooth delivery with high standards and quality·      Innovates to improve processes, products and deliver new capabilities·      Ability to collaborate with stakeholders (Internal and External), business partners, IT project team members and 3rd Party vendors.·      Ability to effectively work and communicate with internal customers, ranging from development to management·      Build strong technical, functional, professional value-oriented team focused on learning and productivity All you need is... Requirement : ·      Total experience – 6 to 10 years·      2+ years of team leading experience ·      Strong Telecom Billing, CRM, Ordering Systems Background (Amdocs, LHS, Convergys, Comverse, Ericson etc.)·      Technical Skill Summary o  Informatica, SQL, Unix, Oracle SQL Tuning, NoSQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Shell Programing, or other ETL toolso  Couchbase, Postgres Casandra, Hadoopo  Microservices Architecture, Kafka, Rest API o  Performance Management o  Python / Java Scripting ·      Proficiency in Microservices architecture, Couchbase, JSON management. Knowledge of C1/D1 will be an asset ·      Scripting knowledge – Python or any other language·      Strong Analytical background with scoping, mapping and data analysis experience·      Good knowledge of DevOps, Agile, JIRA practices ·      Excellent troubleshooting & debugging skills·      Experience in E2E development Life cycle starting from Pre-scoping till Deployment·      Understanding of Amdocs process, methodology, product background and delivery experience ·      Familiar with Amdocs tools and technologies Note - We will consider even those applicants who have strong Amdocs product knowledge and technical skills without Informatica Knowledge. Behavioral skills :·      Ability to lead team towards self-managed path·      Fast, energetic, diligent, highly motivated with open mind and self-learner·      Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills·      Lead and work collaboratively & effectively with remote teams, internal customers & work closely with the support teams for problem analysis and timely resolution of issues·      Ability to lead a team independently and effectively under time pressure and dynamic multi-tasks environment with context switches·      Consult when necessary with relevant parties, raise timely risks·      Ability to stretch respective working hours when necessary, to support business need·      Ability to work independently and drive issues to closure·      Ability to work in a team and provide technical advice / support to the team members on day to day tasks·      Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adhere to policies and procedures, while using sound judgment to solve problems.·      Play a proactive role in increasing the knowledge level of team·      Communicate effectively within the team, site and with the customer
