About the role
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong backend development expertise to join our engineering team. The role involves building scalable, high-performance systems and contributing to the development of distributed, microservices-based applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems.
- Build and optimise microservices-based architectures.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Work on REST API design and integrations.
- Apply a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms in problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design and delivery.
- Contribute to system design discussions (LLD and HLD).
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Strong programming experience in Java / Python / Golang.
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Solid knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with REST development APIs.
- Experience in enterprise applications.
- Willingness to learn and work with Erlang.
- Exposure to distributed systems and scalable architectures.
