About the role
Responsibilities:
- Build the core product from the ground up with no legacy systems, no technical debt.
- Own the full stack: from LLM integrations to knowledge retrieval to secure deployment in customer environments.
- Shape the architecture and product with the founders directly.
- Make key decisions on tooling, infra, and scaling.
- Build and grow the engineering team.
Requirements:
- Have 2-3+ years of experience building and scaling products at a high-growth startup or FAANG-level company.
- Have shipped complex systems, ideally with exposure to LLMs, enterprise SaaS, or knowledge platforms.
- Can own features end-to-end: backend, API, infra, and front-end.
- Know how to move fast and architect for the long game.
- Care deeply about the product and business, not just code.
- Top college CS/ECE degree.
