About the role
Role: Application support for various SG Users across world.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions and build tooling.
- Automate deployments, operational tasks and infrastructure using Shell Script, Python and DevOps practices.
- Administer Linux/Unix servers and troubleshooting application, middleware and infrastructure issues.
- Deploy and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
- Support cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and cloud-native services.
- Manage Airflow workflows and scheduling where applicable.
- Administer Autosys jobs, batch scheduling and workload automation.
- Configure monitoring, alerting and dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, AppDynamics or Datadog.
- Support Oracle databases, SQL validation, UAT database refreshes and release readiness.
- Work with Development and Operations teams to convert business requirements into technical backlog items.
- Ensure production readiness, release management and timely deployments.
- Perform incident, problem, change and release management aligned with ITIL processes.
- Perform RCA, capacity planning, performance tuning and reliability improvements.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR), backup and business continuity activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and deployment runbooks.
- Promote DevOps, SRE and automation-first culture through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor, create Autosys jobs and resolve the issues related.
