About the role
We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer (. NET) with hands-on experience in. NET Core and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular. The role involves building enterprise-grade applications, collaborating with international stakeholders, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
Technical Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications using NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and React/Angular.
- Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code aligned with best practices and internal standards.
- Support architectural decisions and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on NET and front-end technologies.
- Work closely with global teams, including product owners, project managers, QA, and business users.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Integration and Data Migration:
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, web services, and integration interfaces.
- Support middleware development and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Assist in data migration and synchronisation activities where required.
Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide production support, enhancements, and issue resolution for existing applications.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Optimise application performance, availability, and scalability.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in NET Core.
- Hands-on experience in ReactJS or Angular, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP. NET Core (Web API/MVC), Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Good understanding of RESTful services, microservices fundamentals, and API integrations.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, and automated deployment workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with global stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (JIRA/Azure Boards preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus.
