About the role
We are looking for a highly driven Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in. NET to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable backend systems, writing clean and efficient code, and working in a fast-paced product environment. Exposure to the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using. NET.
- Build robust and high-performance systems with clean architecture principles.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless execution.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of backend development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with. NET.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Exposure to e-commerce, logistics, or transactional platforms is preferred.
- Ownership mindset.
- Strong execution capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Someone who can build reliable systems and solve real business problems.
Good to Have:
- Experience working on high-scale systems.
- Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes.
- Exposure to messaging queues and caching systems.
