About the role
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Minimum 12 years of object-oriented programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices with Nosql/MongoDB.
- Good understanding of Data Structures.
- 8 years of experience in systems design, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Have programming experience, preferably in the Finance/ retail / ecommerce industry.
- Python knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, such as OpenStack, Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience working in Agile Methodology.
- Experience using CI/CD tools for logging and metrics.
- A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate and optimise systems and tools.
- Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
- Exposure to information retrieval, statistics, and machine learning.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
