About the role
Should have 5+ years of with to develop a regression test automation suite using Playwright, who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should act as the Techno functional consultant on Oracle HCM projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model on Core HR, Absences and OTL modules
2. Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written
3. The candidate must have technical expertise on the below tools/scripts:
a)Good Understanding Test Automation framework
b) Should have worked on automation tools like Playwright, selenium, etc
c)Should have worked on Type script and Jenkins
4. Should have completed at least 2 projects in the tech topics mentioned above as mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor
5. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
6. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
7. Willing to work in shifts, if required in future.
