This role involves guiding teams through the full lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring development practices meet organizational goals. The role also includes production incident management, environment management, and structured knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with the team to deliver effectively.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with software architecture design and implementation.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- 15 years of full-time education.
