About the role
- B. Tech / B. E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 2 years of IT experience
Or
Any Graduate having 5 years of IT experience
- Technical Knowledge in either of Java Technologies or Microsoft Technologies,
- Knowledge of QMS and SDLC process
- Oversee and follow-up on open department issues.
- Develop user relationships through professional, dependable and accurate interactions.
- Ability to reach out and deliver application solutions to customers, including addressing mission critical issues beyond office hours. Open to travel to customer sites for high profile issue resolution.
