About the role
We are hiring a high-impact solution architect (observability and automation) to build and scale enterprise observability, performance management, and automation capabilities across a large hybrid infrastructure (cloud + SaaS + on-prem) at Aditya Birla Group. This role drives high availability, proactive diagnostics, and performance optimisation across systems supporting 50K+ users and multiple business units.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement observability platforms (APM, monitoring, logging, and tracing).
- Identify bottlenecks and drive performance optimisation and incident reduction.
- Architect and deploy infra-app solutions aligned to business needs.
- End-to-end project delivery (01scale).
- Drive automation, scalability, and capacity improvements.
- Ensure ITIL / ISO compliance, audit readiness, and security standards.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and service performance.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with APM / Observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc. )
- Hands-on with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) + hybrid infra environments.
- Experience in solution architecture, infra automation, and performance engineering.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering (or related field).
- 7+ years' experience.
